Heidi Wixson

As an artist, small drawings started to appear in Heidi’s notes at work. Mice out playing in the snow or hiding under leaves doing things she imagined doing outside while she sat in meetings and such. Later she started to explore watercolor based on these sketches. When Heidi finally left her day job, she focused more on art, and trying new things. Sometimes she takes a realistic approach, other times… not so much. But for Heidi, it’s fun to imagine ideas that make us laugh or smile, and when she paints them, she hopes others will find enjoyment in them too.
