The first Friday opening exhibition in January will feature local musical group, Fleur d’ Lis
40 Portraits / 40 Artists is an extensive and revealing look at contemporary portraiture in the Pacific Northwest. Images from spontaneous abstraction to precise realism will be on display. There will be paintings, drawings, photographs, and two and three dimensional mixed media pieces by artists from Seattle to Spokane, Ellensburg to Portland and Walla Walla to San Francisco. The center’s Director/ Curator, Robert Tomlinson, thought that the first show celebrating our 40th year should be about people, how we see ourselves and how we see each other. The range of this show reflects the diversity of the region we live in. Exhibiting artists include:
