2010 Kittitas County Juried Exhibition
Open to all artists residing in Kittitas County, Gallery One’s Kittitas County Juried Exhibition highlights talent from our region in all mediums of the visual arts. Artwork must be original work produced in the last two years, and not previously exhibited at Gallery One. This year's jurors were Seattle artist’s Sherry Markovitz and Peter Millett.

Julie Prather-(Artist Statement)
I have been working in stained glass for over 35 years. One of my favorite things to do in glass is to make functional objects out of broken treasures, found objects, and scraps from my window projects. Out of these I recycle them into either lampshades or frames. I am presently working on my third commission with the Washington State Arts commission, Art in Public Places Program, where I am creating a piece for a new elementary school in University Place (near Tacoma).My other passion is photography which I have been exploring for over 40 years.
